Join us for Fest-of-Fall, an exclusive tenant celebration filled with seasonal fun, complimentary food and drinks, live music, and family-friendly activities! Enjoy pumpkin painting, pretzel tosses, and delicious bites while taking home special giveaways from Alexandria and ARE Wellness.
We want to make sure there’s plenty for everyone — please RSVP for yourself and any family members you’ll be bringing!

A whimsical, German-inspired charcuterie experience featuring artisanal meats and terrines, handcrafted cheeses, crostini and pretzel crisps, plus dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and seasonal garnishes.

Bites & Beer
A savory spread of Bavarian bites featuring warm pretzels with beer cheese dip, crispy potato pancakes, herbed potato salad, pickled red cabbage, grilled bratwursts on pretzel rolls, and craft beers.

Join the fun with ARE Wellness-led competitions across the festival! Test your skills in the Pie Eating Contest, Stein-Holding Challenge, and Pretzel Toss — friendly events made for laughs and a little healthy competition.
Carnival Games & Challenges
Step right up for classic fun under the striped carnival tents! The ARE Wellness Team will be running favorites like the High Striker, Hatchet Throw, Shuffleboard, and Western Shooting Gallery — all ready to test your aim, strength, and skill.
