This challenge is designed to help you understand and improve your body composition—focusing not just on weight, but on the metrics of body fat percentage, muscle mass, and fat mass. Jumpstart January will guide you toward your health and fitness goals with personalized support and expert coaching.
Finding Your Baseline
Participants will begin with a quick 5-10 minute body composition scan to measure key metrics like weight, body fat, muscle mass, and fat mass. This scan provides a baseline to help us create a plan tailored to your goals.
Setting a Goal
After your body composition analysis, you'll meet with one of our expert coaches to review your results and set clear goals. Based on your current condition and goals, your coach will create a personalized plan with tailored workouts and nutrition advice to help you build muscle, lose fat, or improve overall fitness.
Attending Classes
To ensure your success, participants will commit to a consistent workout routine over the course of the challenge.

New Members:
Minimum of 2 classes per week

Experienced Members:
Minimum of 4 classes per week
Completing the Challenge
All participants that complete the challenge will be rewarded with a custom T-shirt.
Raffle Points:

Each class you attend during the challenge earns you 1 point. At the end of the challenge, your points will be tallied up and entered into a raffle. The more points you accumulate, the greater your chances of winning the prize!
