Group Ex Expo is your opportunity to explore new fitness styles, discover what workout energizes and inspires you most, and dive into Alexandria Wellness’ unique offerings.
Choose between two paths – the Performance Path for high-energy seekers or the Serenity Path for those who crave calm. Both paths lead to a deeply rejuvenating Sound Healing experience, and the event concludes with a social hour where you can refuel and connect over delicious, health-focused snacks.

Performance Path
If you’re ready to push boundaries, boost endurance, and tap into your inner powerhouse, the Performance Path is for you. This high-intensity experience takes you through three invigorating classes designed to challenge, strengthen, and uplift.
BOXING
Start strong with a cardio-pumping boxing class where you’ll release stress, boost agility, and build power.
BOOTCAMP
Take things up a notch with Bootcamp, a full-body workout that will test your endurance and enhance muscle tone.
DRY-TRI
Round out your session with the Dry-Tri, a condensed triathlon-inspired workout to test your stamina and grit.
RESTORE
After these powerful sessions, unwind with Restore—a calming blend of breathwork, stretching, and foam rolling for total recovery.
Serenity Path
For those seeking a softer approach, the Serenity Path offers a blend of movement and mindfulness that encourages relaxation, flexibility, and body awareness. Ease into your wellness journey with these soothing, revitalizing classes.
YOGA SCULPT
Ground yourself with Yoga Sculpt, which blends traditional poses with hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate and strengthen your body.
BARRE
Engage and lengthen with Barre, a low-impact workout that combines strength and grace, focusing on core stability and endurance.
PIYO
Find balance with Piyo, blending Pilates and yoga for a dynamic flow that improves flexibility and core strength.

Social Hour: Refuel & Connect
After your journey through the Performance or Serenity Path, join us for a well-earned social hour! This is your chance to unwind, connect with fellow participants, and share your experiences. We'll be serving up delicious, health-focused snacks to help you refuel, recharge, and celebrate your achievements. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage with Exos coaches on various educational topics related to mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Take a moment to relax, enjoy good company, and reflect on the path you've explored!
